Aventura, Florida is a relatively small suburban city (9.1 km2), hosting a population of about 30, 000 people. The city’s median income for every household is around $60. About 60% of population speaks English as a first language while 23% speak Spanish. The transport system is also elaborate and very convenient given that the city is art the mid of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Miami International Airport.

The city has an efficient public shuttle bus service run public bus service which is free to city residents. The Miami-Dade Transit also runs through the city with the I-95 interstate highway only 5 minutes away from downtown.
